Where Were The Snowplows?
Granted it only snowed about an inch and a half on Saturday morning 12/7/13, but where were the snowplows? Not on the interstate, residential neighborhoods, or the main thoroughfare between Caldwell and Nampa!  We were informed that snowplows are not brought out for such a light snow.
This differs quite drastically from Utah where  snowplows appear very early on after it snows.
